Telehealth Services
  • Access to Capital Ambulance’s staff based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Medical staff will assess the medical situation and make recommendations for the course of care.
  • The team can provide recommendations, using the Medical Chest inventory (provided during onboarding)
  • Video Assistance available in certain cases
  • This service is delivered in English and/or Arabic; however real-time medical interpretation services are also available on a realistic effort basis through our networks.
  • Assistance can be provided via phone (preferred) and email
  • For quality assistance, all details are documented into Capital Ambulance’s case management system

Digital Tools & Reporting:

  • In-Depth Graphical reports to view the live cases
  • Annual review of cases and trends, presented by your Account Manager in Capital Ambulance and a Senior Medical Advisor

Loss Protection:

  • We provide health promotion resources to help you implement best practices onboard.
  • Up to date Monthly newsletter on health and medical insights

24/7 Emotional Support:

  • We partner with WPO, experts in remote counseling for professionals
  • Remote counseling via telemedical services, and in person counseling when location permits.
  • Critical incident debriefing and support, for incidents such as crew members witnessing traumatic events.
  • Service available for purchase in predefined hourly packages.

Chronic Condition Monitoring (CCM)

  • Our service provides specialized medical oversight for patients with chronic conditions
  • Improved overall crew health
  • Significant reduction in Master workload related to chronic illness management.
  • Accessible through the purchase of 10-case blocks.
